Brendan Donahue Esq. and Erin Gilmore, Esq. (cochairs of the VBA Workers’ Compensation Section) will moderate the presentation by Judge Beth DeBernardi and Judge Stephen Brown to the Vermont workers’ compensation bar. They anticipate a lively discussion of hot topics in workers’ compensation litigation, as well as a discussion of the upcoming changes to the electronic data interchange system. Dirk Anderson, Esq., the Director of the Workers’ Compensation and Safety Division will also be participating.
