The VBA got notice of this information from the Judiciary about problems some Odyssey users are having with their emails being added to a “suppression list.” To wit:
Odyssey File and Serve has recently provided information for court users who are not receiving email notifications and who question whether their email addresses have mistakenly been placed on a “Suppression List”.
