This just in from the Judiciary:
UPDATE – August 11, 2026: The software update to the Vermont Digital Evidence Portal (VDEP) scheduled for tonight, August 11, has been postponed. No maintenance will occur tonight, and VDEP will remain available as usual. The Vermont Judiciary expects to receive potential new dates for the update soon and will provide additional information once a new date is confirmed.
