From the Judiciary:
As of Sunday, February 22 at 7:30 pm, there will be a 4-hour delay for the start time for Windham, Bennington, Rutland and Windsor courts on Monday, February 23 with those courts opening at 12:00 noon. All other state courts will open at the usual start time of 8:00 am. The Judiciary will continue to monitor the weather conditions and will post an update to this message by 10:30 am on Monday, February 23.
