The Vermont Bar Association is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator. This position plays an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our Association. The office administer will provide efficient administrative support to the Executive Director and staff, answer and respond to incoming calls and emails, and greet and direct visitors.
Administrative support services in part will include:
· Data entry in association management software.
· Assisting with designated content management for website
· Assisting with processing daily accounts receivable
· Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory control
· Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and written communications skills, a strong ability to multi-task; be self-motivated, detail oriented and resourceful; have a friendly demeanor and be a team member able to cross-train in other staff responsibilities.
Basic computer proficiency required including knowledge of Office 365 and/or Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
