Monaghan Safar PLLC in Burlington seeks a Vermont-licensed attorney (or eligible for licensure within six months of hire) for our litigation practice. The ideal candidate possesses superior research, writing, and analytical skills. As an associate, you will be asked to draft complex motions and legal memoranda in high-stakes litigation proceedings. You will be exposed to depositions, motion hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
