We are seeking a highly motivated litigation associate with 3+ years of experience to join us at our Burlington, VT office.
Our litigation department is comprised of accomplished attorneys who have a broad range of experience and practice areas. An attorney hired for this position will have the opportunity to participate meaningfully in cases almost immediately – drafting complaints and motions, arguing in court, taking depositions, and leading discussions with clients.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in litigation
- Your active membership of a state bar in good standing
- Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity, a commitment to excellent client service, and a self-starting work ethic are a requirement for this position
- Judicial clerks are encouraged to apply
