Champlain Valley Legal PLLC (CVL) is a licensed and insured law firm operating out of Charlotte, VT with the primary goal of assisting law firms and attorneys with real estate related services. Owned and operated by Ashley L. Post, Esq., a VT licensed attorney since 2019, Ashley seeks to coordinate with fellow attorneys to provide experienced assistance rather than operating as a full-service law firm serving clients directly.
Services include title searches, title updates (pre and post-closing), deed preparation, notary services and more. CVL can provide the temporary assistance firms seek without the commitment of an employee on payroll or the competition of outsourcing work to another firm.
