Position Title: Associate Attorney
Barr, Sternberg, Moss, Silver & Munson, P.C. is hiring recent or upcoming J.D. graduates for an open entry-level associate attorney position to be part of our litigation team. We’re seeking applicants who have an interest in committing to practicing in Bennington County for a minimum of three years. Journal, clinical, or moot court experience is preferred but not required.
Barr Sternberg has a busy litigation practice which focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury, criminal defense, employment law, toxic torts, contract disputes and landlord/tenant issues. Ideal applicants should be motivated to learn about and participate in these various fields of litigation. We require candidates to qualify to be admitted to practice in Vermont within a reasonable time upon hiring.
