Wiener & Slater, PLLC, a growing firm with a busy real estate practice, seeks a Closing Coordinator to manage residential and commercial closings from title through disbursement.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in real estate closings, title, or a real estate paralegal role (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with title insurance / closing software
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management
- Notary commission a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
