Tyler Ballard – 1L Summer Clerk Available
Near-lifelong Vermonter and 1L at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law (Top 5% of class) seeking paid, substantive summer opportunities, with the potential to continue part-time into the fall. I am interested in civil litigation broadly, including tort and malpractice matters, as well as intellectual property–related work. I am eager to contribute locally this summer and support Vermont practitioners during busy periods.
I am also open to transactional or regulatory work where strong legal research, drafting, and project management support would be helpful.
My experience is grounded in legal research, brief and memo drafting, and project management, and I am comfortable working independently with clear guidance to support ongoing legal matters and reduce attorney workload.
