The Vermont Bar Association, Superior Court Environmental Law Division, and Vermont Law and Graduate School invite members (past, present and future!) of the Vermont Bar to participate in an Environmental Division “bench-bar” gathering in the Burlington offices of Vermont Law and Graduate School at 126 College Street, Suite 410, on the afternoon of Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 1:30 to 4:30 pm with Superior Court Environmental Division Judges Walsh and McLean and their law clerks followed by a reception.
Attendance will qualify you for 2 CLE credits (free) in a program that will include practical tips and observations from the Judges for practitioners, a review of notable and recent cases by the Environmental Division’s Law Clerks, and a chance to engage in a question-and-answer session among the Judges and members of the Vermont Bar.
