Legal Assistant – Litigation
Dinse P.C., a law firm in downtown Burlington, Vermont, is looking for a legal assistant to support our litigation department. This position performs a variety of administrative support duties and delivers services to internal and external clients. Responsibilities include prioritizing, managing and following through on multiple projects, and communicating effectively, courteously and professionally with clients, attorneys, staff and peers.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a legal assistant, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and experience with editing and formatting pdf documents. Experience providing support on civil litigation matters a plus. This position requires a strong work ethic, an ability to stay organized under pressure, and an eagerness to learn and acquire new skills.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree or a minimum of three years of experience providing administrative support in an office setting. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and incredible views of Lake Champlain!
