REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE. Stackpole & French Law Offices, a dynamic Vermont law firm with offices in Stowe, Jeffersonville, Waterbury, and Shelburne is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join our team of dedicated professionals. This position will be primarily based in the new Shelburne office with the flexibility to work in other locations.
The right candidate should have at least two years of transactional real estate experience and some additional experience in one or more general practice areas such as land use, probate, estate planning and trusts, corporate and small business matters, municipal law, or litigation.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited law school and admitted or eligible for admission to the Vermont Bar. Candidates should be very self-directed and self-motivated, have well-developed interpersonal communication and writing skills, and be flexible to work as part of a team to serve the needs of a diverse range of clients.
This is a great opportunity to work fairly autonomously, but with the support of a well-established firm. Candidates with connections to/knowledge of Central Vermont, the Mad River Valley, and Chittenden County are encouraged to apply.
