Dinse P.C., a commercial law firm located in Burlington, Vermont, is seeking a mid-level litigation associate. The individual hired for this position will work closely with partners and associates in the firm’s busy litigation practice, and will have significant responsibility for developing and implementing strategy in complex cases, as well as assuming an independent caseload. The individual hired must have the ability to prepare excellent written work and to represent the firm and its clients effectively in hearings, depositions, and other adversarial and non-adversarial contexts. Applicants should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, no fewer than three years of litigation experience, and demonstrated oral advocacy and client relations skills.
