LITIGATION ATTORNEY:

O’Connor, O’Connor, Bresee & First, P.C. d/b/a O’Connor First Joslin is seeking a litigation attorney to join our firm in our Burlington, VT office.  Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Vermont and have 3 – 5 years of experience.  Candidates should have strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and bring energy and enthusiasm to their work environment.  Candidates must work well independently, while also being part of a team.  Duties will include, but not be limited to, drafting pleadings and discovery, legal research, attending depositions and conferences, trial preparation and conducting trials. Salary will be commensurate with experience.  Generous benefit package, including fully paid individual health insurance, life insurance equal to one year of salary and long term disability insurance.
