LIMITED RELEVANCE OF AGREEMENTS WITH THE STATE

The relevance of the agreements between the witnesses and the state is limited to issues of credibility. When you consider all the evidence with respect to the elements of the charge against (Def)_______________, you should not concern yourselves with either the potential penalty to be imposed against (witness)_______________ or the potential penalty to be imposed against (Def)_______________ if you find [him] [her] guilty.
