CR05-101 11/09/07
TESTIMONY OF AN ACCOMPLICE
You have heard testimony by one or
more witnesses who you may find were accomplices in the alleged offense. You should understand that the testimony of
an accomplice ought to be viewed with caution.
This does not mean that you should arbitrarily disregard such
testimony. You may consider the motives
of an accomplice in testifying, and the circumstances under which his or her
testimony is given, in determining how much weight and credibility to give his
or her testimony. You should give the
testimony the weight you think it deserves, after you examine the testimony
with care and caution, and in the light of all the evidence in the case.
