CREDIBILITY OF WITNESSES – POLICE OFFICERS

In this case, you have heard testimony from a police officer. You should consider a police officer’s testimony in the same way that you would evaluate any other testimony in the case. As with any other witness, you may consider the officer’s testimony in light of [his] [her] training and experience. You should not give either greater or lesser weight to the testimony of a witness merely because he or she is a police officer.
